Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds / Return / Exchange for Booster Packs

All Booster Packs (Indonesia / Japanese / English ) sales are final, which means it is non refundable and non exchange-bale. All factory defect from the Pokemon products must be resolved with Pokemon International (English), Pokemon Japan (Japanese) or Pokemon Indonesia (AKG – Indonesia) directly, GeekingOut does not hold responsible from defect / factory error occurred from all of the products.

Refund Procedure

In a case of refund is approved by GeekingOut we only do bank transfers or GoPay (for Indonesian users), using the same details as the buyer’s details. We do not refund to a customer with different personal details than the one being used in GeekingOut website orders. Please allow a maximum of 2 x 24 hours business days for the refund process to be completed.

Damaged & Lost of Product(s)

Upon an event of lost of products, please provide the following details:

  • Order Numbers
  • Proof of Payment
  • Date of Purchase

Upon an event of damaged products, please provide the following details:

  • Image of the packaging when received
  • Unboxing video of the products

GeekingOut is not responsible on the damaged or lost of products upon delivery, we provide insurance options to all of our customers. All dispute of delivery must be resolved with the respective courier. Refund or partially refund will be determine on case by case basis upon reviewing each case. GeekingOut will provide boxing video of the products upon request only, all of our packing procedure is recorded and documented at our fulfilment facility. Buyer may request supporting video / images from GeekingOut on a delivery dispute event.
